JB Cafe Review: Flowers In The Window

Flowers in the Window is the latest addition to the Roost family, including Roost, Bev C and Sea & Saw. The team behind Roost always excels in the decoration of their cafes (since they’re fashion designers), and Flowers in the Window does not disappoint with its flowery theme, thus every corner is Insta-worthy.
Level 1 interior.
Level 2 indoor interior.
Level 2 outdoor dining area.
It give me a creepy feeling.
Iced Mocha -
Decent mocha.
Taste: 2/5
Infusion Mocktail -
Rosemary, chili, lemon. What a weird combination! The taste of this infusion mocktail was worst. I only drink 2 mouth and left it untouched after that. Don't ever order this drink!

Some vegetable side which i had forgotten the name of this dish. Basically it comes with carrots, onion, cucumber, and some spies. I feel so cheated cause nothing special about this dish and it tasted normal.

Miso Beef with Sour Dough -
The beef stew was super salty, if the it wasn't so salty, this dish was perfect. The beef was super tender and soft but the sauce ruined the dish.

Pan-fried Salmon -
A colorful plate isn't it? The plate was made up of shredded carrots, lettuce, quinoa couscous, quail eggs, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, walnuts, and Salmon.
The salmon has a buttery soft texture and it just tasted average. This dish didn't make an impact for me so i would recommend you guys to give it a pass.

My Verdict:
Flowers in the Window scores high for its stunning flowery and greenery theme, like a secret garden behind closed door (window) but the food wasn't good enough. Maybe just order a drink and come here and take ootd.
