Food Review: Roy Thai Cuisine

Roy Thai Cuisine is located at Blk 106 Hougang Ave 1. This Thai cuisine stall was opened by 3 young teenager. More and more young teenager started their business in a hawker/coffee shop instead of cafes. I really admired their courage.
Assam Fish - $22
The fish was fresh and well fried till the skin was crispy and the meat was soft. The assam is the key ingredient for this dish. But they failed to bring up the soul of this dish as the assam was tasteless and too watery.

Green Curry with Chicken - $10
The green curry was spicy, creamy and fragrance. The chicken was tender and flavorful.

Stir-fried Kangkong - $8
It was well stir-fried with chili and garlic. Best goes with a bowl of white rice.

My Verdict:
The food was decent, still got lots of improvement needed. I will not recommend my friends or anyone to try it as i think nakhon kitchen is still the best and cheaper in Singapore.
