Ayam Penyet President is a chain of Halal-certified casual dining restaurants serving authentic Indonesian cuisine. They are famous for their smashed fried chicken and their sambal chili!
Smashed Fried Chicken - $6.80+
Signature smashed fried chicken. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside! Served with tofu, tempeh, crispy bits, and signature chili paste. I would like it more if the chili was more spicy!

Beef Rendang - $7.80+
What they written on the menu, "Beef rendang is cooked for hours with rich spices for perfect taste and tenderness." This dish was awarded one of the best dish! But i guess it was over-rated! The gravy was that spicy and i find it pretty normal. The beef texture was quite tough.

My Verdict:
Ayam Penyet President wasn't worth a try!! I would recommend everyone to try ayam penyet ria at lucky plaza instead! The food didn't make an big impact on me so everyone should give it a pass on this restaurant!
