11:41:00

Originally founded as a café in Macau, Tai Lei Loi Kei has always aligned with its founder Ms. Kwok Loi-ho’s belief to prepare gastronomy with the best ingredients and to the satisfaction of its customers to enjoy the finest delicacies. With a visionary ambition, Tai Lei Loi Kei aims to expand its business in Greater China and establish its name for not only the renowned pork chop bun but also other mouth-watering snacks and meticulously prepared drinks among Chinese communities globally.

Famous Macau Pork Chop Bun - Tai Lei Loi Kei 大利來記 is now in Serangoon Nex Shopping Mall #B2-15! Yes, those unpretentious, juicy pork chop buns from Macau!

HK Milk Tea -

Average milk tea that you can find anywhere. The taste is just like the normal coffee shop teh peng.

Taste: 1/5

 Chicken Wings -

Your average chicken wings that you can even fried it at home yourself.

Taste: 1/5

 Curry Fish Ball -

The curry fish ball was decent with a mild spiciness. But the curry was aromatic and spicy. It was worth the try.

Taste: 2.5/5

 Salted Egg Yolk Fries -

Pretty average fries with salted egg yolk sauce. The salted egg yolk sauce wasn't that distinct, i find that it was lacking of flavors and it wasn't goes well with the thick fries.

Taste: 0.5/5

 Marmite Chicken Rice -

This was good. Highly recommended!! The chicken was well marinated and well fried. The chicken was flavorful and tender.

Taste: 4/5

 Hakka Braised Pork Belly -

DON'T EVER TRY THIS DISH!! The worst briased pork belly dish that i ever had. The gravy was tasteless, the pork belly has no taste at all. If you going to try it, i rather you cook eat at other coffee shop, i think it was taste better than this.

Taste: 0/5

Food: 1.2/5
Ambiance: 1/5
Service: 2/5

My Verdict:
Decent food with affordable price. Maybe should try out their signature pork bun next time. The marmite chicken rice and curry fish ball is highly recommended while hakka braised pork belly rice was the worst dish over here.
