You'll be spoiled for choices as they have wide variety of bak kwa and chinese snacks to choose from! The original favourite ate the top sellers, The gourmet bakkwa is my second favourite and i am highly recommend everyone to give it a try!! You won't regret it!

Kim Joo Guan, The old generation favourite!! My granny and other aunties love this bak kwa! The one and only outlet in Singapore, located in south bridge road! They only sell 3 types of bak kwa: Traditional Bak Kwa, Chili Bak Kwa and Premium Pork Belly. Personally i love their premium pork belly bak kwa as it was savoury and addictive!!

3. Kim Hua Guan.

Kim Hua Guan is located at chinatown, people park food centre! Their bak kwa came in two style: minced and sliced. I love how thinly bak kwa was sliced! I personally love the minced version as it was more tender and easy to chew than the sliced version.

4. Lim Chee Guan.

Lim Chee Guan is the most famous bak kwa in Singapore among the locals and tourist! It was established in 1938. Their signature bak kwa was sliced pork bak kwa, they do not sell minced meat version! Personally, i don't like this brand bak kwa as i find the texture of bak kwa was tough and hard to chew!

5. Fragrance.

Fragrance started their business in 1969. The brand was named in Chinese, meaning "Fragrance", after the aromatic fragrance of the barbecued meat. Their signature bak kwa was sliced tender bak kwa! But my personal favourite was their bacon bak kwa as it was more savoury and more chewy.
