LICKERS is a group of people devoted to making the best ice creams for us. Located at Lorong Ah Soo nearest station Kovan. They served the best ice cream and waffle in HOUGANG! They made their ice cream daily and always have a new flavors each week. This dessert cafe need a shout-out from us as it's really good.
Cozy ambience with indie music that make us forget about our daily stress in life. During lunch and dinner hours, they will be packed with people so be sure to wait for an hours for a table.

2 Scoop - $5.80
They have a total of 10 flavors of ice cream to choose from daily. I opted for earl grey, and cookie monster ice cream. The ice cream was smooth, creamy, aromatic. One of the best ice cream cafe in Singapore
My Verdict:
The ice cream was really good. I am their loyal customers too. Maybe next time i will go try their latte and waffle.
