Uncle David Homemade Pastry

Recently one of my friends introduced me Uncle David Homemade Pastry cookie!

So I decided to give it a try!

Stepping into a pastry line in a brand new things for David. He started his career in IT industry, after 20+ years he make a brave decision by quitting his job and pursue something new!

He went to take up cuisine course in Malaysia, after a year of training, he graduated and started his online pastry business.

Uncle David Homemade Pastry is known for their cookies! His cookies is the best that I had tried recently!

My top favorite cookie from Uncle david.

Sea Salt Chocolate Cookies with Macadamia and Pistachio Nuts- Premium (Tiffany Blue Metal Container)

Marrying the three highly addictive ingredients, namely chocolate, macadamia and pistachio nuts gives us this highly anticipated new cookie which is now available in store.

Caution! Once you started, it cant be stopped! I finish the cookie in 2 days time by myself. Oops.
Really love how all three ingredients combined well together! Every bite I can really taste all 3 ingredients in it. Savoury cookie goes well with a cupof coffee.

I highly recommend you to try it, please go for the cookie with nuts, the nuts bring the cookie to the next level.

Uncle David butter Cookies (Original Or Rose Flavor with Petal)

Fancy walking down memory lane by indulging yourself with a tea party? Try these light buttery cookies. They are crisp on the outside but yet delicately soft on the inside that simply melts the moment it touches your palette, perfect when it is paired with a cup of tea.

I personally prefer the original taste cookie compare to rose taste cookie. The rose cookie tasted towards the sweet side and it have a bitter after taste.

Chendol Red Bean Entremets

Chendol is one of the best-known desserts in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. The sweet and slightly salty taste is the result of mixture between Pandan, red bean and coconut giving the complex and harmony taste with each bite.
Chendol has been every one favourite dessert! Now Uncle David make it into cake version! The chendol cake tasted surprising good. It was beyond my expectation. The chendol aroma was there,the cake sweetness is just right, soft and spongetexture. Best pair with a cup of hot tea.

Ladies top favorite cakes! The rose aroma from the cakes will kills off the lady. Honestly I can have this cake Everyday!

Hint of the rose petals, with a sour sweet raspberry puree to give you the refreshing after taste.

Popular Japanese soft serve and speciality tea shop Emma is set to open its first-ever overseas outpost right here in Singapore! Established in May 2018 in Japan, Emma has opened seven outlets in Japan in just 1.5 years due to its soaring popularity. Every day, the outlets see snaking queues that last for hours.

Named after “絵馬”, which are small wooden plaques on which Japanese worshippers write their well wishes, Emma aspires to be the place where everyone’s wishes come true. Living up to its name, it is set to launch the first-ever Boba Taco Softie, or Okinawa Brown Sugar Boba Japanese Soft Serve in Wafer Shell, in Singapore! The charcoal cheese flavoured soft serve will also be exclusively available in Singapore!

The brand’s secret recipe for success is its insistence on using high-quality, authentic Japanese ingredients. To create its signature soft serve that is known for its richness and thick texture, Emma uses premium Japanese milk. The soft serve uses quality ingredients and is so firm that you can even hold the ice cream upside down and it will not fall out! Other ingredients Emma uses include Japanese Okinawa brown sugar, kuromitsu (Japanese brown sugar syrup) and Japanese kinako (soybean) powder. The charcoal cones are also specially imported from Japan.

Emma will launch the following items:

BTS – Boba Taco Softie (S$6.80): This signature item promises an interplay of textures and flavours. Think Japanese charcoal cheese soft serve, topped with Okinawa brown sugar pearls and housed in crispy wafer taco shell! The pearls are made with a combination of Okinawa brown sugar and kuromitsu (Japanese black sugar syrup). Then, a generous amount of crushed nuts is sprinkled atop for excellent crunch.

Emma Soft Milk with Dips (S$5.30): Emma's Original Soft Serve has a rich milky flavour which pairs impeccably with the dips. The soft serve is served in a black charcoal cone imported from Japan. Also specially imported from Japan, the four dips are chocolate, strawberry, caramel and matcha

Charcoal Cheese in Charcoal Cone: (S$5.50): Get the best of sweet and savoury worlds with this offering! The creamy soft serve is enlivened with a delectable cheese note for a playful contrast of flavours.

Brown Sugar Kinako Bubble Soft (S$5.80): Okinawa brown sugar chewy pearls are ceremoniously layered atop Emma's signature soft serve along with Japanese kinako powder, which lends a fragrant, nutty note.
