Ollella located in a quiet corner of farrer park. Not much people know about them. The Pourover Bar was hiding inside of ollella cafe.
Ollella specialize in making little bundle of airy crisp choux pastries filled with luscious cream layered by different flavors and textures. Every choux is made with carefully selected ingredients to give you the most satisfying bite of your day.
The Pourover Bar specialize in coffee. They bring quality coffee bean and brew it daily. Price range: $8 - $45.
A tiny place for diner to seat in and chill.
Raspberry Choux - $5+
Dressed in a bright red craqueline choux, this berrylicious choux is filled with raspberry vanilla cremeux and accentuated with the freshest seasonal raspberries. Looking into this stunning choux will brighten anyone’s day.
Taste: 4.5/5
Cold Brew with Milk - $9+
Not suitable for strong coffee lover. This home-made cold brew coffee was carrying a light caffeine. The milk percentage is way higher than the amount of caffeine in it. But the taste was good too.
Taste: 3.5/5
Ethiopia Nekisse N2 - $20+
Raspberry Jam, Passionfruit, creamy, milk chocolate, known as "Nectar from shakisso".
Is a sweet type of coffee. At the time goes by, the taste of the coffee will change too. Starting from strong raspberry aroma to light raspberry aroma with a sourish after taste.
Panama Sillvia Solkin SK 2 - $45+
Intense dried cherry and a range of tropical fruits.
The cherry aroma was super strong, and when the coffee turn cold the taste of the coffee will be getting sweeter and sweeter! Be-careful.
My Verdict:
The choux and the coffee is worth the money and the calories. I wouldn't mind coming back here often for their choux and coffee. The choux was super addictive, i am sure the sweet-tooth people and the ladies will definitely love it.
