Food Review: Ye ShangHai Teochew Porridge

Ye Shanghai Teochew Porridge (夜上海潮洲粥) is a favourite hotspot for night owls. Their opening hours from 1030am - 530am, Located at bukit merah. Finally went to try it with my friends. It getting crowded and crowded during middle of the night.
Cabbage -
I find their cabbage was super bland and lacking of flavors.
Taste: 0.25/5
Brasied Beancurb Skin -
It was smooth, savoury and a tad sweet. Best go with a bowl of rice.
Taste: 2/5
Fried Omelette -
It feel like, i am eating fried carrot cake. The texture is similar to fried carrot cake just that this was softer and more eggy.
Taste: 2.4/5
Braised Pork Belly -
The perfect portion of fats and meat. I won't even get sick of eating one whole plate of this. The skin wasn't that oily and fats. The eat was soft and tender. Well braised meats.
Taste: 4/5
Otah -
The otah was super good. Highly recommended!! The otah was spicy, fragrance, soft and moist. One of the few best otah that i ever had so far.

Porridge -
Light braised gravy.
Food: 1.8/5
Ambiance: Coffee Shop ambiance
Service: N.A
My Verdict:
It's a good place for supper but if only you had a car/bike if not it will be very inconvenience for you to go there during late night. But it surely worth the travel and money. Otah is a must-try dish. The bill was $14.60 for 5 dishes, 1 bowl of rice, 2 bowl of porridge.
