Food Review: Truly Test Kitchen

Truly Test Kitchen previously was located at Telok Blangah Drive Food Centre. After closed down their previous stall, they boldly taking over an entire coffee shop inside an industrial building at Kampong Ampat. Located on LEVEL 7 of a Jun Jie Industrial Building, holding a total of 5 food stalls which include Truly Curry Rice, Miàn, Handmade Meatball Porridge, Truly Western and Drinks.
Carrot Cake - $2
They make their own carrot cake and yam cake. No wonder the carrot cake was so good! It was crispy on the outside, and was very soft and moist on the inside.

Curry Mee - $3.50
This generous portion of curry mee was worth the try too. The curry was really spicy and fragrance. Spicy lover will sure like it. The bad point about this dish is their noodle. They used instant noodle instead of hand-made noodle.

Curry Rice - $3.50 (2 Veg, 1 Meat)
The curry is the most important ingredient in this dish. If the curry was bad, it's mean GAME OVER. Glad that the curry gravy was good. I guess they have put in lots of effort in cooking the curry! I choose chap chye, omelette and deep fried chicken cutlet. The chicken cutlet wasn't as good as we expected. The chicken cutlet need to improve.

My Verdict:
Truly Test Kitchen is worth the try! Their portion of food was really ridiculous huge as on a affordable price. They are an young entrepreneurs that are chasing their dream. It take lots of courage and effort to take on this challenge. It wasn't easy but i guess they are quite successful now.
