Food Review: Streats Hong Kong Cafe

09:07:00

An ubiquitous feature of the old style tea-house (茶餐厅) in Hong Kong, match up with the capital’s hurried pace of life through its palatable Chinese fares. Streats Hong Kong Cafe was halal certificated. The business has expanded!! It started out at city square mall, few years ago!

Hong Kong Iced Milk Tea - $3.20++

The milk tea was thick and aromatic.

Taste: 2.3/5

Salted Egg Yolk Chicken - $11.80++

So far this is the worst Salted egg yolk food that i ever tried!! The chicken was dry and tough. I can't taste any salted egg yolk aroma. Don't ever try it.

Taste: 0/5

Nissin Noodle with Egg and Luncheon Meat (Dry) - $7.80++

SunShine egg, 2 piece of luncheon meat, veggie and noodle.

The noodle sauce was tasteless. The luncheon meat was dry and terrible.

Nissin Noodle with Egg and Luncheon Meat (Soup) - $7.80++

Even worst.

Seafood Congee - $7.50

Crab stick, egg, fish slices, and prawn topped with spring onion and fried shallots.

Congee wasn't thick enough as it was quite watery. The ingredients was normal.

Taste: 0/5

Food: 0/5
Ambience: 1/5
Service: 0/5

Overall, the worst Cantonese Cuisine that i ever tried! The service was worst too. Will not recommend anyone to try it. I think Xin Wang HK cafe is many times better!
