His time working in the likes of restaurants, such as five star hotel, has allowed him to hone his skills in western cuisine.
Since its establishment, COLLIN’s has rapidly expanded its outlets island-wide. Having numerous outlets across a wide variety of locations has proven to be the key to keeping premium quality ingredients at highly affordable and reasonable prices.

Cheese Fries - $4
Grilled Chicken Chop with Pasta - $7.50
It's really value for money as you can see, the portion was huge! It came with pasta, fries, corn, and chicken chop topped up with chicken gravy.
Taste-wise: The pasta was al-dente and flavorful. The pepper is not overpowering. The grilled chicken was tender and juicy. The sauce was on the bland side, the sauce need to improve. The fries was hot and crispy.

Lamp Chop with Pasta - $8.90
The lamp chop was well grilled. The lamp was tender, savoury and the fat will just make me die! It was so good. The sauce was black pepper sauce, it was peppery enough!

Overall, the food was good! You don't need to go western restaurant to have a good quality western food, you can try Collin's in the hawker or coffee shop, they sell good quality western food. Trust me, it worth the penny.
