Food Review: Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle

10:48:00

The most famous Bak Chor Mee in Singapore! Almost all Singaporean will recommend you to this Bak Chor Mee located at Lavender. You might even need to queue for more than 1 hours or more sometimes for it!

Spanning two generations, the stall have used nutritious and fresh ingredients to prepare the special Pork Noodles. For more than 60 years of business, the Pork Noodles has received favourable write-ups from the major newspapers and social influencers.

Bak Chor Mee - $5

The bak chor mee came in $5, $6, $8, $10. The $10 version was super huge! I think it can be shared among 2 to 3 person. I ordered the $5 version. It came with minced meat, pork lean meat, pork liver, pork dumpling, fried cuttlefish, fried shallot oil, spring onion, chilli, vinegar and yellow noodle (Mee Pok).

The noodle texture was springy and chewy but the vinegar was too overpowering that destroy the overall taste! For me this is not a good bak chor mee! I will not recommend anyone to try it!
Taste: 0/5

The Soup is more tastier than the noodle. Oops!!
