Cafe Review: Ciel Patisserie
12:42:00
Ciel Patisserie serves cakes that are more than worth every penny and are pleasing to the eye, palate and wallet. Ciel Pâtisserie was born out of the belief that good desserts need not be fancy or pricey. Good desserts should simply taste heavenly. In fact, it is the simple desserts that are often the most wholesome and deeply satisfying.
That is why they are called 'ciel', pronounciation [see-el] and French for 'sky' or 'heaven' - because they believe this is where everyone can truly have a slice of heaven!
Strawberry Shortcake - $5.60
The perfect choice for a lighter cake. It’s a light and pillowy soft sponge cake with multi-layers of chopped fresh strawberries.
Taste: 4.5/5
The Fuji - $5.20
Their most unique creation, is a pyramid of pudding-like green tea mousse with a lychee gelée surprise centre atop a delicate green tea sponge base. It was light and had a subtle green tea taste.
Taste: 4/5
Cafe Latte - $3.60
The only BAD is their coffee. It was just a normal machine made coffee.
Taste: 0/5
Overall Experience:
If you craving for cake or looking for good cake for your birthday, Ciel Patisserie is the best place to get your dessert fix or get ur birthday cake. It's value for money although it was quite hard to find this place if you are not staying around here.
