Located at the famous bedok supper place, where everyone will go the famous bak chor mee here. But don't miss out the awesome fried oyster over here.
The oysters are plump and fresh. The eggs part crisp and part fluffy. It makes for one whole of deliciousness! But don't order the oyster omelette because what you will get is a thick folded omelette with the oysters on top and a gravy which needs an acquired taste generously slathered on top.

Located at the famous Newton food centre. Hup Kee's Fried Oyster was more towards the dryer version thus not overly starchy. A expert's hand can be turn into exclusive tasting dish. And here is a cook who is undoubtedly who knows her trade inside out.
The chef deep fries the egg and starch batter until it attains the right level of crispness and serves it with plump and succulent oysters.

A 68-year-old Teochew, who has been selling fried oysters for almost five decades. In 2005, he was even featured as one of the hawker legends by Makansutra.
Each bite of the omelette reveals a good blend of crispy and chewy starch bits, accompanied by coriander leaves and a watery chilli sauce at the side. They import their oyster from Korea no wonder it was so good.

The Stall Owner insist on using small pan to fried the oyster. He has frying the oyster using the small pan for abt 22 years based on his experience.

Chinatown Food Street is usually crowded with old folks or tourist. The fried oyster stall is one of the must-try dish over here. Trust me, you won't regret.
The omelette was crispy and you can actually taste the eggy portion more than the starch itself. The oysters was plentiful, juicy and flavourful. It was an sinful indulge.
