Offering an authentic Singaporean dining experience, Seah Im Food Centre is located opposite the HarbourFront Centre, and most strategically, near the base of tourist spot Mount Faber.

1. Fried Kway Teow Mee.
Hokkien Mee - $3

. The noodles are wet, moist and flavorful! Roast pork is served cripsy and roasted to perfection. I feel that the prawns used could be better and fresher though.

Taste: 3/5

Oyster Omelette - $5

Oyster omelette is a Chinese dish that is widely known in Taiwan, Fujian, and many parts of Asia for its savory taste. The Oyster Omelette was super good. Great in taste and the oysters were extremely fresh. However, I felt that it was quite starchy.

Taste: 3/5

2. Ichiban Seafood Sliced Fish Soup.
Sliced Fish White Noodle - $4

The broth was fresh and i was able to taste the fish bones and ginger that was used to cook the soup, making me feel that it was those  home-made type of soup. The fish was fresh and soft.

Taste: 2.5/5

3. Tian Ji Niang Dou Fu 添記釀豆腐.
Laska Yong Tau Foo - $3

The items are pre-determined and you don't get to select what you want like those Yong Tau Foo stall at most food court. The laksa broth itself was rich and creamy but not as spicy as I would have like. My favourite was those with fish paste stuffing. The fish paste was not too floury, smooth and flavourful.

Taste: 2.5/5
