Hi readers, on 16th May 2015, it was my best buddy Amanda 21st birthday!! I am so honoured to be part of it and be her planner and photographer. 

It was a memorable and yet super tiring day but it was all worth it! If i had to choose again, i will still choose to help her and be her photographer and planner.

Being an photographer was not an easy job, eyes eventually will get tired and dry. Planner needed lots of effort and time. I really enjoyed myself and quite satisfied with the layout and everything although the layout was not we initially planned due to some unexpected problem but still manage to rescue it. 

I enjoyed myself thru out the 3 days stay. First day was planning and a first birthday surprise with her Fam. Second day, was her big day, and the last day was just chilling at the chalet and BBQing with her Fam. 

The theme for this party was, Black and Gold.

The fruit tarts was filled with custard and fresh fruits. The tart is really good, I really love the crust, really delicious munching it together with the yummy custard with fruits bursting in your mouth, it's really heavenly! 





The mini macaroons was my favourite out of all. The mini macaroons texture was soft and smooth, and the flavor was really strong. My favourite was the rose macaroons, the rose aroma was strong and it wasn't too.





 The rainbow cake was good, soft, smooth, rich and the flavor was really strong. It was just prefect to fit 60 of the guest.
