Hawker Food Hunt: Serangoon Garden Market and Food Centre

I am back for on my month hawker food hunting!! This time round i will be hopping to serangoon garden market and food centre. Serangoon garden is full of good food even hawker also have it own hidden gem!! I will be trying those long queue or recommended food by my friends.
1. Poh Poh Roasted Chicken Rice.
Steamed White Chicken (Whole) - $24
The steamed white chicken was below my expectation. The chicken was tender but the sauce was very bland. The rice wasn't fragrance and the chilli sauce wasn't spicy at all, instead it was sweet!!

2. Garden Street Kwap Chap.
Kwap Chap - $3.50
It was really clean viscera and a silky smooth bowl of kway paired with a time-tested herbal stock.
Taste: 3.5/5
Tau Huey (Beancurb) - $1
Velvety smooth bean curds drenched in pandan flavoured syrup, which gives a nice aroma to this seemingly innocent dish.
Taste: 4/5
