Located within the stylish BIG Hotel is a spanking café that prides itself on hearty food and quality coffee.

Serving up both café favourites and contemporary Asian fusion cuisine, FROTH aims to please the palates of locals and tourists alike.

Drop by this industrial-chic establishment if you’re in the area, or even if you’re not. Either way, the good folks at FROTH will make it worth your while.

Truffles Fries - $11.90

The truffles aroma wasn't strong and it tasted like normal fries.

Taste: 1/5

Yuan Yang Risotto (Choice of two flavors in a bowl) - $28.90

(Truffle mushroom served with Enoki Tempura and Squid Ink served with Deep Fried Squid)

Generous serving of the portion. The risotto could have been more al dente, but overall I still loved the texture of the risotto rice and how both flavors fused together.

Taste: 3/5

Chilli Crab Spaghetti - $20.90

The chilli crab gravy was more on the sweet side instead of spicy. I wouldn't recommend this anyone as i don't really it was a good dish.

Taste: 1/5

Taro Waffles - $12.90

A must to have dessert over at Froth. The meticulously stacked with generous dollops of Taro paste drizzled all over the dessert, complementing the waffles that were infused with taro too. The dish is topped with a scoop of Earl Grey ice cream and a biscuit wafer, lightly dusted with Oreo bits. Each mouthful is a balance of floral notes from the Earl Grey, drawing out the flavourful but not overwhelming taro.

Taste: 3.5/5

Food: 2.25/5
Ambiance: 4/5
Service: 3/5

Overall, The food was decent. But the Taro Dessert is a must to try when ever you visit froth. The ambiance was very cozy and relaxing. It's a good place to chill or hangout with friends over some good dessert.
