Salted Egg Fish Skin

This was my favorite dish out of all. I am addicted to this dish. The salted egg fried fish skin was so crispy and freshly fried, I enjoyed every crunch of it. The salted egg sauce was perfect, not too diluted, or over powering. I really liked this dish and I strongly recommend you to order it! You will regret trying it!

Pork Ball with Double Mushroom in Bean Paste Soup - (Do Not have MSG)

It was an creative and very healthy soup. As the broth was used their homemade soya beancurd and other nutritious ingredients to cook it. Taste wise, it was really creamy, sweet, flavorful, fragrance and it was really addictive. I can simply drink the whole bowl of soup by myself. Another bonus things, there's no MSG added. So that's really healthy. It came with meatballs too. The meatballs was meaty, tender, and fresh.

Deep Fried Fish Tail with Coconut Sauce (Chef's Recommendation) - (Red Snapper Fish)

This was quite a huge serving, even though it was small servicing, it was big enough to share with 3 or more person. The whole fish was crispy and some parts was more like a biscuit. The sauce was really strong and soul of the dish. The sauce was thick coconut flavor, creamy, spiciness was just right. The plating was really beautiful too.

3 Treasures Egg with Superior Stock & Daily Vegetables -

Prawn in Spicy Milky Sauce accompanied with Fried KangKong

The buttermilk prawn was slightly average. The buttermilk sauce was creamy, a tad spicy and peppery. It tasted similar to black pepper. The prawn was fresh and juicy. But that's is something special in this dish, that's is Fried Kangkong. The kangkong was fried till crispy and crunchy.

Taste: 2.5/5

Penang Seafood Fried Kway Tiao -

It was well fried. The penang fried kway tiao were flavourful, slightly spicy and had a lovely smoky flavour due to “wok hei”.“Wok Hei” is a Cantonese term referring to the smoky flavour imparted by cooking food over high heat in a wok, it’s loosely translated to mean “breath of the wok”.
