Iced Chrysanthemum Tea -
The sugar syrup is too much. It was so sweet that i asked for iced water to add in.
Condiments -
Roasted Duck x Peking Duck -
What's the different between roasted duck and peking duck? Roasted duck meat will be more thick and carry bones too. The skin will be more savoury and sinful while the peking duck meat will be more thin and dry.
Personally i prefer the roasted duck as it was more sinful and flavorful.

Taste: 4/5 (Roasted Duck)
Taste: 3/5 (Peking Duck)
Roasted Pork Belly -
It was really good. The pork belly skin was crispy and thin. The meat was flavorful, tender and the fats wasn't that oily.
Taste: 4/5
Braised Beef Brisket -
I really love this dish a lot. The beef brisket was really flavorful, and super tender. The meat was literally melt in your mouth. You don't even need to chew much. The broth was light yet flavorful.
Taste: 5/5
Soy Chicken and Char Siew Noodle -
The soy chicken was another great dish! This must be the most tender and smooth soy chicken that i ever had! But the char siew was pretty disappointing. The char siew was lacking of the "Char" aroma and the fats. Noodle was springy and chewy.
Taste: 3/5
Abalone roasted duck congee -
The best congee that i ever had! The congee was really smooth and light. The texture was prefect. This congee received lots of recommendation by customers too.
Taste: 5/5
My Verdict:
I enjoyed my experience over at House of Roasted Duck. I would recommend everyone to give it a try, i will recommend you guys to try their congee and the braised beef brisket! It was really good and you readers will never regret it.
