Got a sponsor trip to Lego Land Malaysia star wars day 2016!

LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort brings together a LEGOLAND Park, Water Park and Hotel in one LEGO® themed location. It is a family holiday destination with more than 70 hands-on rides, slides, shows and attractions. Almost everything is hands-on, so you can push, pedal and program, or steer, squirt and splash, your way through a truly interactive experience – and of course there’s building too.

LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort has seven themed areas of attractions for all ages such as The Beginning, LEGO® Technic, LEGO Kingdoms, Imagination, LEGO City, Land of Adventure and MINILAND. It’s an inspirational land where the children are the heroes. From LEGO experiment centres to rollercoasters, the park is a day-long voyage of discovery for all the family.

The centrepiece is MINILAND, where Asian landmarks have been recreated using more than 30 million LEGO bricks. It’s an interactive world on a scale of 1:20, where people, trains and aeroplanes come to life at the touch of a button.

Joker Soaker

Build-A-Raft

A unique concept where children can customize their own raft made from LEGO soft bricks before floating down the lazy river.

“Celebrating Lego Star Wars Day with guests has always been a huge priority for us,” said Mark Germyn, general manager of Legoland Malaysia Resort. “And this year we decided to go all out with The Lego Group to bring many great activities for Star Wars fans.”

Other activities around that time include an Imperial March by Stormtroopers, led by Darth Vader, along with a variety of other Star War characters, on May 7 and 8. More than 90 Star Wars costumers from the 501st Legion will be taking part.

Visitors can have their photos taken at the Lego Star Wars photo walls, or can also check out the creations of the 99 finalists of the Lego My Own Creation competition, where participants from Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan submitted their own Star War scenes.

Food Time:

They selling quite limited stuff in this cafe. We tried out their chicken lasagna and baked potato with salsa. The chicken lasagna was disappointing, it was cheesy but overall taste was tasteless! The baked potato was very normal and the salsa sauce wasn't that great too.

Food: 0.2/5
Ambiance: 1.5/5
Service: 1/5

My Verdict:
The food here was pretty bad but it's a good place for kids to have fun in here too. They have lego brick for kids to play while parents can have their meal!

Market Restaurant located inside the Legoland Malaysia Resort has a wide range selection of Asian and Western cuisines. – Introduction continue from here

Market restaurant offer a wide range selection of asian and western cuisine. For asian food choices, you can go for their chicken briyani or chicken rice. They focus more on chicken meat food as they restaurant are halal certified! For western food choices, you can go for their lamb shanks and fish and chips which this two dishes are the popular dish among the western food caterogry.

The indoor seating is perfect on warm days or enjoy the shaded outdoors seating with a great view of the Park Nasi Briyani - The highlight dishes’s Nasi Briyani came with a large chicken thigh portion, achar and a bowl of briyani rice. Likewise, the tender and juicy curry chicken thigh complementary with the sweet spicy sauce that match the briyani rice well.

Next recommended dishes will be the lamb shank stew which came with a huge lamb shank, creamy mashed potato, sauteed mushroom, cherry tomato and vegetables topped up with mushroom sauce. This is the most tender lamb shank dishes that i had ever tried at Legoland Malaysia. Hence, the meat was easily peel off from the bone and was fully absorbed the strong flavor of mushroom sauce. The creamy mashed potato was creamy and savoury.

My Verdict
I enjoyed my experience dining at market restaurant. I highly recommend everyone to try their signature dishes – The Nasi Briyani and Lamb Shank. Trust me, you won't be disappoint. Next thing i like about the market restaurant at Legoland Malaysia was their spacious and artistic interior design.

Water Theme Park:

Food Time:

They sell mostly fried food over here. The kids favourites! The four dishes we had tried was: Fried Chicken, Chicken rice, Chicken chop rice, and chicken chop with fries.

I would recommend the chicken chop dish as the chicken is tender, juicy and flavorful. The fried chicken was the worst dish! Don't ever try it.

Random Shot inside the mall:

That sum up my media trip at Legoland Malaysia. I used more photos to show you how fun it was.

Hey Parents or anyone that have kids should bring your kids here at least once cause it was really fun for the kids. The kids surely will enjoyed it.

Thanks Legoland for the invitation.
