Food Review: Hansang Korean Family Restaurant
07:57:00HANSANG means “a table full of food all the time”, and they've applied the concept throughout to create a welcoming, celebratory dining experience at all of their restaurants. From the beginning, they've taken care to ensure every decision is made with HANSANG in mind, and every recipe and ingredient reflects the kind of food that prepare for their own family and friends at home.
In 2010, they expanded the HANSANG family of restaurants to include an Izakaya& Charcoal BBQ at Holland Village. In addition to numerous features in various publications, including Epicure and Today, HANSANG at Holland Village hosted a rooftop after party for K-Pop sensation Wonder Girls with a customized menu and refreshments.
Currently, all of the locations feature a la carte options as well as set meals, premium charcoal BBQ and authentic Korean beverages and desserts. They are also continuing to expand Catering services to better accommodate the high demand and high profile events with prominent Korean companies and the Korean Embassy. So, in the spirit of HANSANG, They invite to you join them for a taste of Korea, one table at a time.
Army Stew - $49.90 (2 pax)
We order 2 pax version, it came with Korean instant noodle, rice cakes, enoki mushroom, porn belly, luncheon meat, cucumber, kimchi, carrot, tomato, and lettuce topped up kimchi paste broth.
The taste of the broth was light and we find it was lacking of flavors/ingredients. This stew wasn't wroth the price. I would not recommend anyone to try it.
Food: 0/5
Ambiance: 2/5
Service: 5/5
My Verdict:
The food quality was bad but their service was really really excellent. The staffs was really friendly and warmly, they came to our table serving our dishes and sharing their Korea cultures and etc. I would recommend to try other dishes but not this!

I'm not a big fan of korean beverages, but I have to say that they're pretty good. I'm not sure if it's the water or the ingredients, but they seem to have a good flavor.
