Cafe Review: Dazzling at CAPITOL THEATRE SINGAPORE

The main unique selling point of Dazzling Café comes from their popular Honey Toast; by serving Traditional Honey Toast with a modern twist.

The introduction of Dazzling Café into the Asian market has brought the attention to many local and foreign crowds and has been named one of the most famous cafes in Taiwan. It is commonly frequented by celebrities and socialites and has been crowned as "A Celebrity Hotspot."

Not only famous for its media personalities, but it is also well renown for its chic and classy interior deco.

At present, Dazzling cafe operates in 3 countries, with 9 local branches in Taiwan. Singapore would be slated as the first flagship store of its kind in Southeast Asia.

 "Dazzling Makes You Shine Like A Star" 

 Pretty setting. 

 Classic Honey Toast - $16.90

Pefect plated for instagram!! The waitresses were conditioned to allow patrons sometime to snap pictures from all angles after they serve the dessert. They come back when you are finished to offer to help you slice up the toast. The toast came in a cube with a scoop of ice cream on top and honey on the side. A waitress helped me to cut open the cube to reveal 6 slices of toast inside. She then demonstrated how each slice of toast could be buttered, topped with ice cream and drizzled with honey.  The outer layer of the cube was tough and difficult to cut into pieces. It is probably not meant to be eaten. 

Taste: 4/5

Overall, i think is just overrated toast!! It nice but i won't specially head back for it.
