JB Food Review: Wawa Chicken

Wawa Chicken is located within the JB City Square Shopping Centre trendy and hipster Inner City. It is more like a hole in the wall café that sits around 15-16, with kpop music playing in the background. WaWa Chicken is a homegrown brand - the baby of three young people - 2 Johoreans and 1 Korean. Wawa means "come, come" in Korean.
Chicken wings - RM 27.90 - 6 pieces
I choose spicy soy sauce and soy sauce for my wings. I prefer the soy sauce chicken!! The soy sauce chicken was savory and finger licking good. But the chicken was a little too dry.

The spicy soy sauce chicken was awful. The sauce was just purely chilli oil or just chilli. It didn't have much taste.

Overall, If you are a fried chicken/ chicken wing lover, Korean fried chicken is an interesting option and WaWa is a good choice in JB.
