Hua Mui started their business in the 50s, their clientele comprised mainly European government officers, friends and families. That was probably because it’s located within walking distance from the Sultan Ibrahim building in Bukit Timbalan which housed the state administrative offices. The western dishes and local favorites have contributed to the attraction.

Teh Peng - RM 2.40
The teh peng was really just so-so. It was thick, but not aromatic and was too sweet for me. Most people patronise Hua Mui for its coffee/tea and their toast/egg.

Kaya and Butter Toast - RM 1.60
Pretty normal. The kaya wasn't fragrance enough.

Cheese Toast - RM 1.80
Just a very simple toast. Cheese and bread but nothing else!!
Hainanese Chicken Chop - RM 15
This is one of their signature dish, Hainanese Chicken Chop. The fried chicken chop was not oily while retain its freshness and juicy. Other than this, the home recipe made of the gravy was great if dip the chicken on the gravy.

The Hainanese Chicken Chop is a must try at Hua Mui Coffee Shop! The toast was very normal, it doesn't worth a try!!

When to massage cause we have nothing to do after lunch. I search online and found Sawadee Thai Spa and decided to try it since it was not too far from KSL.

The pathway towards the massage rooms are well planned with proper lighting for mood and pebbles to create an air of tranquility.
The therapist greeted and led me to my room. I was a little disappointed as the floor massage mattresses looked so inviting. I was hopping for a good bed. The therapist, a big set woman is from Northern Thailand. She was friendly. The moment she set her therapeutic fingers on me all thought about the disappointed room choice vanished. She was very good. Massage on and untie all the little and big knots on my body. I was swept into La la land until I was told to turn and lie down on my back.
