Shoon Huat bak kut teh 顺发肉骨茶 in Taman Sentosa is an established favourite among locals and Singaporeans. Shoon Huat's sign board says the business was founded in 1975. Shoon Huat is one of over twenty 顺发 franchisees with English translation of  written in various ways such as Soon Huat, Soong Huat, and so on.

Revamped menu -

Food:
Bak Kut Teh - RM 33

Ordered a 2 person portion with add on enoki mushroom and bean curb skin. The broth is the tastiest and the most drinkable that I have ever experienced. The broth is clear, sweet, and only slightly salty. It has very little of that herbal or peppery flavour we find elsewhere. The meat is tender and film.

Taste: 3.75/5

Sesame Oil Chicken - RM 12

Whiff of sesame oil perfumed the air as the waiter walked past me before laying this dish on the table. The thick sweet soy sauce bubbled for a good 2 minutes before dying down. The sauce is savory but it was a little too sweet.  The chicken was soft and tender.

Taste: 3.5/5

Latte - RM 7.50

The coffee aroma wasn't that strong but the coffee was smooth and easy to drink.

Taste: 1.5/5

Iced Honey Lemon - RM 7.90

Normal.

Food: 3/5
Ambiance: 4/5
Service: 3/5

Overall, the cafe work well with bak kut teh. Having a hot hot bak kut teh in a air condition cafe is the best.
