Jalan Batu Food Centre is located near old airport road. I am going to hunt down some of the popular food over here.
1. Choon Mei Café 春妹茶室
Iced Milk Tea - $1.10
This drink stall has won a few awards and got feature in some media. The tea was fragrance, smooth and good. No wonder this stall won a few awards.

3. Hainan Cooked Food Stall 海南咖哩什菜饭
Curry Rice ( 2 veg, 1 meat) - $3
The curry rice was pretty normal, the curry wasn't fragrance nor spicy. The egg was rotten, it has a weird smell and taste. The chicken cutlet wasn't crispy and it was soggy.

3. KIM KEE (COFFEE SHOP) TANJONG RHU WANTON MEE 金记丹戎禺云吞面
Wanton Mee - $3
The wanton mee was chewy, smooth and springy. The sauce was the key to the success of this dish. It was savory and addictive. The char siew was pretty normal.
Taste: 2.75/5
Overall, this are the few stalls i tried as the queue was long or was recommended by the people around there.

Bendemeer Food Centre was loccated at Boon Keng. You can easily reach the hawker by train.
During day time it was always packed and most of the stalls closed after lunch time so be sure to be early. Going to try those stalls that have long queue.
1. Yong Xiang Carrot Cake.
Carrot Cake (Black) - $2.50
The carrot cake was really good, it was fragrance, savory and the portion of egg was really generous.

2. Muar Lor Mee, 麻坡滷麵.
Lor Mee - $2.50
The lor was really thick, starchy, and savory. The chilli enhanced the overall flavor!! Noodle was thick, chewy and smooth.
3. Sims Place Prawn Noodle 沉氏坊蝦面's.
Taste: 3/5
Prawn Noodle - $3
The prawn noodle was good. The chilli was spicy and fragrance. The ingredients was fresh and the noodle was smooth and springy.
Taste: 2.5/5
Curry Rice (2 Veg, 1 Meat) - $3
The curry was just normal, it wasn't good enough. The pork cutlet was crispy and tender. The rest was just normal.
Taste: 1/5
