Food Review: Dojo Burger
09:04:00Nestled in Circular Road which is the foodie heaven for all who work in the area, Dojo serves fantastic pork burgers. Dojo takes on the industrial chic design with a good split between both indoor and outdoors seats. Dojo also refers to a Japanese martial arts school, and hopes to instil the 2 most important traits of a martial artist into their culinary endeavour: Discipline and commitment. The owner is also behind popular Malaysian burger restaurant Ninja Joe.

Sumo - $13 + $3 for Chilli Cheese Fries
Pork patty with roasted sesame dressing, crispy batter-fried pork belly topped with crunchy salad. get a bit of everything in a mouthful for the varied textures with the juicy patty, crispy bacon (slurps) and a refreshing crunch of the salad. While bacons are irresistible to us, crispy bacon has got to be the soul of the dish.

Chilli Cheese Fries -
The chilli was combined with minced pork, the taste was weird and it wasn't spicy. Fries was crispy and it was slight soggy.

Hadoken - $13 + $2 for Seaweeds Fries
Burger comes with a side of fries and drink, making it a complete set. pork patty burger topped with spicy meat sauce, cheese and diced onions with bacon. Patty was handmade from minced pork, achieving a consistency that is firm to hold itself together but still juicy and tender. Don’t expect this to be really spicy, it was more aptly coined as sweet curry instead!
Taste: 3/5
Seaweed Fries -
The seaweed wasn't fragrance and salty enough, as it was on a bland side. I think ac seaweed fries is better than them.

Overall, the burger was good but not the sides!! I recommend everyone to try the pork burger but not the sides!! The ambiance was really quiet and cozy, it is a good place to dine with friends or date.
