Food Review: Hong Kong Wonton Noodle

13:38:00

Hong Kong Wonton Noodle Restaurant was opened by Itacho Sushi

The Hong Kong based Taste of Japan Group endeavors to deliver authentic HK style noodles.
Sauces:

Chinese Tea - $1

 Stewed Beef Brisket  - $8.80

The beef brisket some of it was tender while some of it was tough and cold. The sauce was over salty. I guess they had added to much MSG or Salt in it.

Taste: 0/5

Prawn Dumpling Noodle - $7.80

The noodles were thin and springy, the dumplings were small and broth had an unpleasant alkaline aftertaste. The broth was very salty too.

Taste: 0/5

Mushroom Horfun - $7.80

The broth is the key thing for this dish but the broth fail to impress as it was over salty too.

Taste: 0/5

Food: 0/5
Ambiance: 0.75/5
Service: 2/5

Overall, the food quality suck, don't even think of going back again!! I highly recommend everyone NOT TO TRY IT!! The ambiance was noisy and annoying when the table next to you keep judging you and look at you.
