Cafe Review: Stateland

12:01:00

Stateland Cafe is a vintage-industrial themed cafe, located in the heart of Singapore, along Bali Lane. Stateland Cafe stood out for it’s Red Velvet Waffle and Butter Toast in the virtual Singapore Instagram world.

Egg + Bacon + Waffle - $15.90

It was a pity that the waffle itself tasted pretty bland. The scrambled egg with bacon and the sauce tasted weird, i will not recommend anyone to order it.

Taste: 0/5
Mentaiko Aglio Olio - $14.90

The mentaiko doesn't taste like mentaiko, i feel like it was lacking of some ingredient/taste. The pasta was al dente and springy but the sauce spoiled the overall taste.

Taste: 0/5

Laska Eggs Benedict - $15.90

It was really good. The laska sauce was creamy, spicy and fragrance. The toast was well toasted and the laska sauce combined well everything.

Taste: 2/5

Food: 0.5/5
Ambiance: 2.5/5
Service: 2/5

Overall, the main dishes was just so so and doesn't worth the money but the dessert might worth it.
