“YOSHIMARU” Hakata Ramen Originating in Hakata, Japan, Hakata ramen is a distinctive ultra thin ramen with a film texture, served in a rich, mouthwatering broth extracted from pork bones( Tonkotsu). The skin was too thick and tough. The meat was too little and tasteless.

Traditional Hakata Ramen - $12.90
Tonkotsu (pork bone) broth that was boiled over 13 hours and came with authentic Hakata noodles, 2 slices char siu, 2 halved soft boiled lava eggs, black fungus and spring onions.
The broth was pretty bland, i can't imagine that this was the result after 13 hours of boiling!! The ramen was film and springy. The rest of the ingredients was just average.

Similar to hakata ramen!! I can't even taste the spicy miso!!

Overall, the food quality was bad and the restaurant was very small, the table was very near to each other!! I will not recommend anyone to try it.

Snowman Desserts - Authentic smooth Korean bingsu and Korean style soft serve ice cream. Located at Nex. The inspiration of the name Snowman Desserts partly came from the movie Frozen. Of course it represented the very thing the Korean café was selling – Milk Snow Bingsu.
Melon Milk Bingsu - $14
The bingsu wasn't up to our expectation!! This bingsu was just average, not recommend for first time trying!! The shaved ice was just tasteless as it was not light others bingsu brand.
