Curry Fish Head - $38
The fish head was huge. It tasted very fresh with not a bit of fishy taste detected. The taste of Curry was a bit too sourish with a rather mild level of spiciness based on a Nonya recipe. The Fish Head was cooked in the Curry to absorb the flavor as compared to some of those that steamed the Fish Head first then added in the Curry later.
Taste: 2.5/5
Braised Pork Belly - $6
The pork belly was well braised. The meat was very soft and tender, the skin was like jelly texture.
Taste: 2.75/5
Long Bean - $6
The long bean was crunchy but it was quite tasteless.
Taste: 1/5
Fried omelette with long bean - $6
The egg was very cold and it was just average.
Taste: 0.25/5
Food: 2/5
Ambiance: N.A
Service: N.A
Overall, it was like "Cai Fan" style, the side dishes order from the display counter and curry fish head order from them. The food was decent but it worth a try.

Claypot Hokkien Mee - $15
Cooking good Hokkien Mee requires great skills and time. We thought that the noodles and sauce could have been better ‘fused’ together as one. But the Hokkien Mee was below our expectation, but certainly one worth trying. The sambal chilli was very good, must combine the sambal chilli with the noodle!!
Taste: 2/5
