Canton-I conveniently located in City Square mall JB. Canton-i specialises in Hong Kong/Cantonese cuisine like wonton, roast duck, char siew, roasted pork belly, congee, dim sum and more.
Iced Milk Tea with Red Bean -
The milk tea really those you find in Hong Kong. The milk tea was smooth and aromatic.

Flower Tea -
Ladies sure will love it. The tea was full of flower aroma and it has lots of benefits to our health too.

Average ice lemon tea where you can find it at any restaurant.

Fish meatball congee -
The congee was super smooth, thick and addictive. It's a must try dish.

Braised Pork Ribs Noodle -
The braised pork ribs was flavorful and super tender. The meat was very easy separated from the bone. The noodle texture was chewy and springy. The sauce was savory and sweet.

Wonton Mee -
The noodle was really springy and chewy. The wonton was huge, chewy and juicy. It contain one huge prawn in it. But the soup was quite disappointing, it was salty till inedible. When to feedback to them but they didn't do much thing. I recommend everyone go for their dry noodles dishes!

Roasted Goose -
My first time trying goose meat and i really enjoyed it! The roasted goose meat tasted like duck but the meat was softer and tender than duck meat. The skin was crispy and savoury. I guess i will be back for more when i am in JB.

Char Siew -
The char siew was super addictive and it can be compared to our local brand Kaylee. The char siew was well marinated with their special sauce. The meat and the fats was OMG shiok. It was super tender, savoury and addictive. Must try dish!

Braised Goose Leg -
First time trying it too but this dish was disappointing. The sauce and overall taste was quite bland and the meat was quite tough too.

Gui Lin Gao (Herbal Jelly) -
The herbal jelly was lacking of some herbs. This herbal jelly was quite bland and not bitter enough.

My Verdict:
I enjoyed my food experience at Canton-i. Some of the must try dishes, Roasted Goose, Char siew, and Congee. The price was pricey if don't compare to singapore currency. But it definitely worth it.
