4 Must Try Kway Chap In Singapore
12:51:00Kway Chap, a mystery food that everyone love it! You can find it at most of the hawker/coffee shop. It consists of flat and white rice noodles in a dark soya stock, accompanied by various sides like pork innards, braised eggs, tau kwa, tau pok, and more.
As an ardent fan, I would like to share my list of best 4 kway chap stalls in Singapore.
1. Blk 284 Bishan Coffee Shop Kwap Chap.
My number 1 favourite place to have my kway chap fixed! I have been having this since i was young still now. I love the texture of the thin and smooth kway, the aromatic clear broth and the fresh and addictive ingredients!

The most famous kway chap in the day on the north side. Lao San Kway Chap has attracted lots of loyal customer. Their winning point was their big and juicy pig intestine. The sweet and light broth was good enough to have me for the second bowl. They also served pig organ soup that can be complete with the rest.

Deep fried large pig intestines was the dish that keep everyone coming back! The broth was served in herbal style, it was so different what the rest of the stalls did. The strong flavor of the braised gravy was thick and savoury. Good to go with a bowl of rice.
