5 Best Laksa In Singapore That You Shouldn't Miss Out
12:56:00Laksa is a popular spicy noodle soup in the Peranakan cuisine, which is a combination of Chinese and Malay cuisine. Laksa consists of rice noodles or rice vermicelli with chicken, prawn or fish, served in spicy soup; either based on rich and spicy curry coconut milk, or based on sour asam (tamarind or gelugur). It can be found in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Southern Thailand.
Don't ever leave Singapore without trying the local laksa!! The most of important part of laksa is the curry gravy played the key part in it! It must creamy, thick and spicy enough for me.

They describe themselves as "The original katong laska" but i don't know isit true or not. I don't really care about it, i only care about the taste of it. The taste of the curry gravy was good, it wasn't too spicy, even the non-spicy eater can eat too. If you want the curry gravy to be more spicy you can add their home-made sambal chili to enhance the spiciness.

Unlike other version, Roxy Laksa don't serve the laksa with cockles. It comes with prawns that are plump and always fresh, slices of bouncy fishcake, a spoonful of sambal and julienned laksa leaves. The curry gravy was spicy enough for me that i don't even need the sambal chili.
