Shi Li Fang: Taiwanese Style Steamboat

Shi Li Fang is a Taiwanese Steamboat restaurant located at Singapore committing to delivering all natural, healthy, sustainable food, offers no MSG, no deep-fried, no pan-fried, and no stir-fried dishes.

Went to try it out with Vivian and Edmund on a Sunday afternoon.
They has a total of 24 sauces for you to choose!

As for drink, you can choose from water, water chestnut, lime juice, and lemon tea.

We got for their 4 soup base steamboat, Tomato, chicken, mushroom and mala base.

I personally like their chicken soup base as the broth was flavorful and addictive, while Vivian prefer their tomato base, the tomato base was aromatic and flavorful, guess girls will rpefer tomato base.
Edmund favourite was their mushroom base, as it was healthy and mushroom flavor was strong. If you are mushroom fans you should go for mushroom base.

They have a set meal during weekdays lunch time, from 1130am-4pm. So don't miss it out.

Our bill was $92.20 after gst and service tax. It was quite a expensive steamboat so I recommend you to try it out during weekdays lunch time if you around their outlet.
