Dine at Jumbo Seafood

Went to Jumbo seafood east coast park branch to have family dinner.
We went to order a feast.
A short introduce about Jumbo.
JUMBO Seafood is where it all began. Their most prominent brand, had humble beginnings in 1987. Operating from a single outlet (now their flagship restaurant) in East Coast Seafood Centre, the restaurant soon gained a loyal following, capturing the hearts of local and overseas gastronomes with its fresh seafood cooked to perfection. With its Singapore Chilli Crab and Black Pepper Crab as the “star dishes”, its reputation grew, as did the number of outlets.
Today, JUMBO Seafood comprises multiple restaurants in Singapore and Shanghai, The People’s Republic of China. In addition to serving its award-winning JUMBO Chilli Crab, JUMBO Black Pepper Crab, Golden Salted Egg Prawns and Crispy-fried Baby Squids, the chain of restaurants offer other innovative and distinctive menu items, including special seasonal dishes.

Now follow me thru my dinner menu.
Starting with their signature chili crab, we were disappointing to this dish, the chili crab was cold and the gravy wasn't hot enough too. We suspect they already prepared the dish was in advance.
Wok-fried deshelled prawns with golden salted egg -
My favourite dish among all, the prawn was fried still crispy and savory. A must to order dish!
Wok-fried cod fish with chef's special spicy sauce -
Soft and tender cod fish coated with spicy sauce. Once you try it, you will get addicted to it.
Sambal Kangkong -
Pretty average sambal kangkong.
Scallop wrapped in yam ring -
An surprising twist, both ingredient combined well together, and each individual ingredient has their own unique and wasn't overpowering.
