Food Review: Noodle Cafe

1st Authentic Thai Boat Noodle in Singapore since 2014. The traditional boat noodle are from the famous legendary Thai boat noodle in Thailand.

They started their day early in the morning, just to prepare the authentic soup for the customer in the afternoon. (Kindly note that Singapore does not allowed pig blood to be used. They are still using the original recipe and additional improvement to make it as authentic as possible in Singapore), A lot of hard work have being put in and main ingredient are mostly imported directly from Thailand.

They have been recognized by the medias!! They have listed as Top 5 Best Thai Milk Thai in Singapore by Daniel's Food Blogger, Most Authentic Thai Boat Noodle in Singapore by Singtel HungryGoWhere, OpenRice, Burpple, Mediacorp 8Days, Toggle, Singapore Press Holdings - MyPaper NewsPaper & The Business Times NewsPaper, TheSmartLocal.com and many social media food bloggers in Singapore.

There are 3 steps to ordering the boat noodles.
1) Choose the type of noodles you wish to have – Kway Tiao, Tung hoon, Glass Noodles (THIS IS THE ONE YOU SHOULD ORDER!), Egg Noodles, Mee Kia.
2) Choose the meat you wish to have – Pork Ball, Pork Meat, Pork Liver, Beef Ball (This is good), Beef meat, Beef Liver.
3) Choose the noodles sauce base – Special Sauce (THIS IS THE ORIGINAL ONE), Tom Yum sauce, Dry noodles, Clear Soup.
*The noodles are spicy there, so please opt for less spicy or no chilli (not sure if they have this option) for those who can’t take spicy stuff!*

 Condiments -

 Thai Milk Tea - $1.80

The Thai Milk tea here is suitably thick, milky and sweet. You’ll need it to douse the chili heat flames.

Taste: 3.5/5

 Braised Pork Leg - $8

The braised pork leg are really well cooked and flavourful. It was so tender and juicy!

Taste: 4/5

Thai Boat Noodle - $5 (Big)

We loved the imported glass noodle, smoothly thin yet broad, swimming in a simmering dark broth rumbling with pork lard oil. Spicy is an understatement, but the sauce deep in colours and rich in flavours was pleasing.
The taste was not quite the same as what you would get in the streets of Thailand though, because of the omission of pig’s blood.
Taste: 4/5
Thai Boat Noodle - $5 (Big)

The beef ball is so good!! Is it a must to order!!
