Xin’s Traditional Pen Cai –
The CNY classic dish, the “Pen Cai”. During Chinese New Year, this extravagant pot is filled up with premium seafood such as the whole abalone, premium sea cucumber, conpoy, sea prawns, dried oysters and fish maw, together with other must-haves like mushroom, radish, roasted pork and roasted duck etc.

Braised Vermicelli with Crab, Ginger, and onion -
The vermicelli has absorbed all the favors from the Crab, Ginger and Onion. It was flavorful but not overpowering! The Crab was extreme soft till the crab shell can be peel of easily! The crab was very flavorful, aromatic and very soft!

Wok fried Glutinous Rice with Perserved Meat -
The huge serving of wok-fried Glutinous Rice with Perserved Meat was very fragrance, and yummy! It was a well combined ingredients and well wor-fried! Highly recommended!

Xin’s Traditional Nian Gao, Double-boiled snow pear with osmanthus and snow fungus -
Ending off the dinner with a good dessert. It's a refreshing dessert to end the sumptuous dinner. The fried nian gao was well fried, it was very crispy and sweet! The broth was very refreshing and suitable for all ages!
I enjoyed the CNY menu food tasting experience at Xin’s Cuisine! All the food are really good!
