Food Review: La Ventana’s Valentine’s Day Dinner

07:47:00

The time to love and be loved is finally here as to celebrate Valentine’s Day at La Ventana, where the ambience is just perfect with a hint of romance in Dempsey Hill.

On the evening of Valentine’s Day on 14 February 2017, couples can fulfil their hearts’ desires as they enjoy La Ventana’s special 7-course menu at a Valentine’s Day promotional price of $128++ per pax (min. 2 pax). The curated menu has been carefully prepared to give you and your loved one a unique Catalan dining experience. They have also put together an optional wine pairing at $58++ per pax that would go hand-in-hand with dinner on Valentine’s Day.

At the top of the list, they start the feast with Turron Foie Gras featuring a popular aphrodisiac, the foie gras, to kick off a romantic evening. Then, embark on a savoury and romantic adventure with Salmorejo, a traditional tomato soup from South Spain to whet the appetite further. Back by popular demand after its local debut during Chef Carles’ visit to Singapore, the Tuna Tartare will grace the dining table with the delicate taste of Bluefin tuna and watermelon tartare.

A romantic dinner would not be complete without sensual seafood dishes like the all-time favourites Scallop Coca and Lobster Paella, as well as the heavenly Lamb Rack. For the final course, they have a Catalan Saint Valentine’s Special Dessert that will capture your heart and conclude a perfect evening.

With the intimate evening and romantic menu they have prepared for you this Valentine’s Day, they look forward to celebrating an evening of love and romance with you, right at the heart of Singapore.
