Food Review: Pin Si Superior Restaurant @ Punggol Safra

Pin Si Superior provides comfortable sitting up to 500 guests, this is a place where you can have casual dinner with family. It is also a great place to celebrate a lavish wedding. It brings gourmet meal to the heartland of Singapore.
Last sunday, I having my dinner with my parent at Pin Si Superior Restaurant. It's located in punggol safra. Lets' see what we order!!
Chrysanthemum Tea (Pot) -
Fragrance, light and smooth.
Cashew Nut - Appetizer
Salted Egg Yolk Fried Fish Skin -
This dish was disappointing. It totally doesn't had the salted egg yolk taste!! It was just a normal fried fish skin!

Crispy Fried Seaweed bean-curd with stir fried veggie -
The fried tofu is well fried, it was crispy on the outside, soft and moist on the inside. I can even taste the seaweed aroma in it, also the sauce was light and flavorful. Well goes with a bowl of steamed rice.

Crispy Roasted Duck -
This roasted duck was really good, it can compared to those well known famous roasted duck place. Good food is always unhealthy and oily! As you can see the amount of oil underneath the duck. The roasted duck meat was tender and flavorful. It does has a mild flavor of herbs in it. The roasted duck skin was my favorite part, glad that it doesn't disappoint me, the roasted skin was crispy, flavorful and super oily too, but it was good.

Red Glutinous Wine Chicken -
Me and my mum both find this dish was lacking of some ingredient in it. We can't really describe what it was lacking but this dish was consider not bad. The chicken was well cooked still soft and tender. The gravy was flavorful but lacking of one taste.

Yam Paste -
My favorite dessert in the Chinese restaurant. This yam paste was too good still we bought back another bowl home to enjoy it.
