Food Review: Hwa Nam Restaurant
13:38:00This old school Dimsum shop resembles those in Hong Kong, where you pick what you want from the counter and they will heat it up and serve you. Hwa Nam Restaurant is located along Upper Thomson Road. It's a coffeeshop, prices are very affordable and there's No GST and No Service Charge.
Upon seated, a plate of achar and chilli will be served to you. After that, you walk to the counter where you can order what you like. There is no menu for the dim sum.
