Cafe Review: One Man Coffee

One Man Coffee is a specialty coffee concept that focuses on the art of the espresso. One Man Coffee that they actually share the same place as Crust. One Man Coffee uses this space from 9am to 5pm, and after which Crust takes over its operations from 5pm onwards.
One Man Coffee serving only all-day breakfast, beverage and dessert. They have no light bites.

Latte - $4.50
The latte wasn't good. The coffee was very acidic and it wasn't strong!! Not a good coffee.

A pretty decent matcha latte.

Gashouse egg and bacon jam - $10
The worst "All-Day-Breakfast" dish that i ever ate!! The toast was over toasted, it got the burned bitter taste and it was super hard to bite. The egg was over cook too till it was very dry. The bacon jam was bad too. NEVER EVER ORDER THIS DISH!!

Brioche French Toast with caramelized banana, salted caramel and fresh cream - $10
The brioche was soft and fluffy. the ingredients magically brought out the oomph of the entire dish. The caramel and fresh cream sauce was the key sauce of this dish! The only minus point part was the caramelized banana, cause it wasn't well caramelized, it tasted just like normal banana.

Overall, the food quality was quite bad!! It wasn't worth a visit. The ambiance was quite noisy thou, it was not a recommend place to have a alone time or chill with friends. Service was pretty up to standard as the server was very enthusiastic and always put on a smile.
