Miam Miam served affordable French Japanese fusion cuisine. Miam Miam actually mean "Yum Yum" in French. They serving not just affordable French Japanese fusion cuisine, they also make sure the high quality of the food.

Hot Coffee - $5.20
Brewed in a old fashioned way, hand-dripped, from carefully selected 100% Arabica Beans.
The coffee was good, coffee aroma was strong, light acidity and it was smooth.
Hot Cafe Au Lait - $5.80
Coffee with steamed milk. Coffee aroma wasn't that strong, light acidity but it was smooth and light. The milk flavor was slightly stronger than the coffee and it shouldn't be. I think the amount of milk should be lesser.
Miam Miam Capellini - $15.80
The signature dish at Miam Miam. It served with sauteed with frankfurters, tomatoes, baby spinach, bacon and tossed with french butter, a secret broth and shoyu. The portion was huge too. The Capellini was really good, the sauce was really yummy.
Souffle Au Curry - $16.80
The legendary souffle with curry beneath in it. It was really amazing. Taste-wise, it was a little bit too eggy and foamy inside, but the exterior was good, especially the crusty part, it was savoury and sweet. The curry was on a sweet side too. The curry need to be improved.
Valrhona Chocolate Souffle - $13.80
Indulge in a true moment of ecstasy with heavenly decadent melted chocolate on top of your souffle. It's a must-try dessert when ever you visit Miam Miam.

Overall, the food at Miam Miam wasn't that fantastic although all the dishes was really creative and beautiful but the taste wasn't that good. Ambiance was quite noisy cux it was an open space restaurant in the mall. For the desserts and the coffee is really worth a visit.
