Terminal M – First halal certified Multi-Concept Gourmet Food Hall launches at Changi Airport

Local restaurant chain Ministry of Food (MOF) proudly launches Terminal M - the first halal multi-concept gourmet food hall in Singapore Changi Airport. Located at Terminal 3, diners can enjoy the best of MUIS halal-certified Korean, Japanese and Chinese food brands by MOF, all under one roof.

In conjunction with the upcoming fasting month, Terminal M has also launched a series of special bento sets for both dine-in and takeaway. Starting from an affordable price of $11.80, these sets are perfect for families to break fast together. Choose from a wide range of delectable items such as Kimchi Fried Rice ($12.80), Spicy Chicken Value Set ($15), Beef Bulgogi Value Set ($17) and more.

At Terminal M, dig into familiar MOF brands that are now halal - Hanssik (Korean), Café Papa (Korean), Ten-ya (Japanese), Kaisen-ya (Japanese) and Yu Long Quan (Chinese).

Satiate those cravings for authentic Korean food with the classic Dosirak (S$10.90), which boasts a generous portion of chicken or beef, a glorious sunny side-up and Korean shredded seaweed on a bed of warm rice. Don’t miss out on the crowd favourite, Budae Jiggae Specialty Myeon (S$10.90). Its variety of tasty ingredients including chicken sausages, sliced spam, egg and springy Korean noodles, served piping hot in a hot stone bowl will leave you wanting more.

Coming as a group? Café Papa’s got you covered with the perfect Korean Fried Chicken Platter (from S$16.90). Fit for 4, the platter comprises of shoe-string fries, criss-cut fries, fried Korean rice cakes and crisp chicken generously slathered in special in-house Korean sauce. Crunchy yet juicy, these are a real treat!

In the mood for some Japanese fare? Take your pick from the array of sashimi bowls and tendons available at Kaisen-Ya and Ten-Ya and satiate those cravings with freshly sliced sashimi and golden-brown tempura, atop quality Japanese rice. Oiishi-ne!
