restaurant chain, Menya Kokoro has just unveiled a sizzling line-up of 5
brand-new dishes. With over 27 outlets around the world in just 4 years, Menya
Kokoro has built a reputable brand name for itself for excellent maze dishes as
well as other Japanese menu items.
Celebrate the sakura season with
the star item in this launch – the Spicy
Sakura Ebi ($13.80)! Sweet, fresh sakura ebi and fried
whitebait are all tossed together in a heady combination of spring onions, chives,
XO sauce, bonito flakes, garlic, ground saba fish powder, signature minced meat
sauce, onsen egg, and tobiko for a flavour-packed dish.
Created with Menya Kokoro’s signature commitment to precision, 2 new maze items will join the star line-up of noodle dishes at Menya Kokoro. Beef-lovers can look forward to the Tokyo.
Beef Maze Soba ($15.80) – the signature chewy maze soba topped with tender savoury-sweet sliced beef, Kokoro’s signature minced meat sauce, flowy onsen egg, ground saba fish powder and garnish.
Try the Curry Beef Maze Don ($15.80), with curry sauce specially made in-house, succulent beef slices, signature minced meat sauce, onsen egg and toppings on fragrant Japanese rice.
Great for sharing, Menya Kokoro’s rich Mentai Tamagoyaki ($4.80) with in-house mentai mayo sauce will definitely be snapped
up quickly. Diners can also get a comforting bowl of Japanese Oden ($4.80), with traditional
ingredients such as chikuwa, fresh daikon, satsuma age, and konbu in a hearty
bowl of shoyu-based dashi broth.
