Grown in Okinawa, the seaweed (or sea grapes) pop delightfully in your mouth, and are packed with vitamins and minerals. The umibudo may be enjoyed with fresh, thick-cut maguro slices in theAtsugiri Maguro & Umibudo Don ($15.80),or in the Umibudo & Shima Salad ($16.80) together with firm, Okinawa Shima tofu.


Tuck into a special Okinawan feast with Okinawa’s most iconic Goya Chanpuru($14.80), apopular home-made,stir-fried dish of bitter gourd, eggs, spam and tofu bonito flakes. Braised Okinawan-style, the tender and flavourful classic Rafute ($10.80) is marinated in Okinawa Awamori Liqueur and brown sugar, then paired with Japanese marinated egg.This is a treat that melts tantalizingly in the mouth.It’s time to get slurping with Sun with Moon’s selection of Okinawa’s popular noodle dishes.Served in a heart-warming bowl of pork and seafood broth, the Okinawa Soba ($17.80)noodles cooked Okinawa-style are firm, slightly chewy and delicious.Enjoy the signature noodles with your choice of meat topping: braised pork belly, mozuku kakiage, or more pork spare ribs with cartilage.

For those who like dry noodles, get a taste of the classic Okinawa Yakisoba ($14.80) stir-fried to perfection with spam, beansprouts, and topped with shaved bonito flakes. ‘Chanpuru”means ‘stir-fy’, and Okinawan chanpuru dishes are well-known all over the country. The thin what noodles in the Somin Chanpuru ($9.80)are lightly stir-fried with bitter gourd, carrots,tuna, sliced pork and egg.Indulge in a post-dinner sweet treat, and pick from our line-up of desserts and drinks.
