Spacious and cozy cafe. Love the quiet atmosphere in the cafe, it a good place to spend some time alone with good Bingsu and a cup of good latte.

 Black Sesame Bingsu - $18.90

Black sesame and almonds topping, rice cakes and a huge ball of red bean paste on top.

It a perfect dessert for those non sweet tooth people. The shaved ice wasn't that sweet. It was nutty and milky, the red bean was creamy and fragrant. It's a must try dish.

Strawberry Bingsu - $18.90

Strawberry, vanilla ice cream topped with berries and rice cakes on the bottom.

If you have a sweet tooth, you will definitely love it. It was too sweet for me. The strawberry was fresh and sweet, the vanilla ice cream enhanced the flavor of the shaved ice. The rice cakes absorbed the strawberry flavor in it.

The cafe named was after her flavorite flavor of ice cream.  At Salted Caramel the ice creams are made daily in small batches so as to ensure that the ice cream is of the freshest quality, with no artificial flavorings.

Earl Grey x Milk Tea Ice Cream

The flavors are intense and the ice cream is creamy enough (no icy centers).

They have a good variety of novel ice cream flavors such as Horlicks Tim Tam and Avocado, as well as the classics like Vanilla and Strawberry. They serve alcoholic ice cream too, such as chocolate stout and rum & raisin. All was petty good.

The grass jelly was actually melted inside your mouth and no chewing is required compared to those canned grass jelly. Red bean was tender and sweet. The other ingredient was chewy and flavorful, The fresh milk enhanced the flavor of the glass jelly. Pearl was supposed to be in the dish but i opted to remove the pearl as i don't eat pearl.

Black Ball Mix And Match, Sweet Potato And Taro QQ

I still the prefer it with milk. The non added milk version was pretty good too, you tasted the authentic flavor of the glass jelly. The yam was one of my favorite in the dish.

Milk tea with Pearl

The milk tea was a liitle bit bland. The tea aroma wasn't strong enough.

Sogurt, the homegrown self-served yogurt chain that's devoted to spoiling the customers. The customers rule! They take charge of the nitty gritty that goes into their cup. From the number of flavours (up to 6/8) they want, to the amount of yogurt dispensed into their cup, to the types of topping they want to pile onto their yogurt and right down to how it want their swirls to look! Sogurt is so much fun because customers can have it all and have it their way at the same time!

How it work:

1) Take a cup

2) Dispense the yogurt

3) Add your topping

4) Weigh your cup

5) Pay by weigh

I still prefer the original flavor. The frozen yogurt was creamy, freeze, fresh and not too sweet. It can be compared with llao llao.
