The flavors are: Garlic (Gray), Ginseng (Green), Truffle (Black), Cheese (Yellow), Szechuan (Red), Foie Gras (Brown), Crab Roe (Orange), and Original (White).
The skin was perfectly done, it wasn't that thick and the color of the XLB wasn't by artificial colorings, it was made from the natural ingredients. The pork meat was tender and fresh. The broth taste depend on what flavor of XLB you ate.
Drunken Chicken - $9.80
The drunken chicken was served in a cold style, it wasn't the typical style. The chicken texture was hard and a slightly raw. Although alcohol was added but it doesn't help at all.

It tasted AWFUL. The taste was super weird. Didn't manage to finish 1/3 of it.

The noodle was soft and smooth but i think it was overcooked cux it quite soggy. The pork meat wasn't that fantastic. The broth wasn't that good, as it was quite bland and watery.
Almond tofu with lychee
Just an normal dessert.

Tucked in a cosy corner in Singapore's bustling Orchard district, Victor's Kitchen serves exquisite Hong Kong-style dimsum in a friendly kopitiam setting. The chief chef, a Hong Kong transplant, moved to Singapore over 10 years ago with the intention of bringing authentic dimsum to the shores. He was previously a chef in Victoria Hotel, a five-star hotel in Hong Kong.

Milk Tea
The milk tea was served in unique way. The ice and the milk tea was separated. It was an good idea, so that when the ice melted it won't be so diluted. The milk tea was smooth, rich and fragrant. It's a must-order drink.
Salted egg york custard pau
Was listed one of the best "Liu Sa Pau" 流沙包 in Singapore. It was really good that you will be back just for their "Liu sa pau". The custard was pretty flowy and you can taste the salted egg york in the pau.
Fried Beancurd skin with pork
The skin was a little bit dry but the meat was fresh and juicy. The meat saved the dry texture of the skin.
Rice Roll with Char Siew
The rice roll was pretty average. The char siew just an ordinary char siew, nothing special about it.
Siew Mai
The siew mai was a bit disappointing as it was a little bit salty but it was meaty enough.
